Structural Composition
It consists of an internal cable, MMO wires, and HDPE (High - Density Polyethylene pipe with evenly distributed drainage holes).
Internal Cable The continuous internal cable supplies a stable current to the anode. To ensure flexibility, it is made by stranding 7 copper wires together.
MMO Wires As the main part of the anode, the MMO wires are made by coating a mixture of iridium/ tantalum oxides on the surface of titanium wires (or adjusted according to brackish or fresh -
water media). The nodes are made of injection - molding grade materials, which have good abrasion resistance, mechanical strength, and corrosion resistance. This is especially important for underwater applications. (Moreover, the injection - molding grade nodes of our company have shown excellent performance through 30 - year experimental verification and actual engineering application cases.)
