高硅铸铁具备优异的导电性能,当阳极电流通过时,其表面会发生氧化反应,生成一层薄的二氧化硅保护膜。该保护膜具有高电阻率和强化学稳定性,能使阳极在酸性环境中处于钝化状态,从而大幅降低阳极的溶解速率。
此外,通过添加铬元素改良的高硅铸铁,可让二氧化硅保护膜具备抵抗碱腐蚀和氯离子侵蚀的能力。这一特性使含铬高硅铸铁阳极能够适应含氯化物的复杂环境,进而广泛应用于各类土壤或水体条件下的防腐工程。
